Throughout history and under various contexts, human rights have been constantly violated, discrimination, slavery, trafficking, etc. all these are valid forms of human rights violation. In this article we are concerned with a specific type of human rights violation, that is child labor. 


Child labor is well present world wide, especially in under developed countries such as Congo and Ivory cost. Countries that tolerate child labor believe that it has financial benefits, however, studies have shown that child labor induces poverty and not wealth.
